盛りだくさんな1日になりました。

お昼：チャイニーズポール

夕方：ゆかりちゃんのワークショップ

夜：れいちゃんとタミと4人、クラビングへ

チャイニーズポールのプライベートはとっても楽しかった！！

Mr kujoは素晴らしい先生でした。

熱心な指導と的確なアドバイスはすごく為になったし、

思いやる気持に押されて、リミット超えてがんばれました。笑

we spend break at apartment side pool.

夕方からはゆかりちゃんのワークショップのあるカリオグラフィーハウスへ。

少し時間があったので、カリオグラフィーハウスのアパートの中にあるプールでのんびりしました。

陽は落ちてしまったけど、気持ちよかったなぁ。

LAのこんな雰囲気も大好きです。

LAのプッシーキャットドールズみたいなグループがパフォーマンスするっていう所へ連れて行ってもらいました：）

パフォーマンスはみんなダイナミックでsexyで可愛かった。

LA4日目☆

れいちゃんにハリウッド近くの山にハイキングへ連れて行ってもらいました：）

日本食が恋しいと言っていた私たちにおにぎりと味噌汁の差し入れをくれたレイちゃん。

すごくおいしくて癒された-♡れいちゃんありがとう。

山は登って降りて1時間くらい。

急な坂があったりと、結構ハードで気持ちいい時間、

てっぺんまで行くと高いベンチがあってそこで休憩しました。

景色もよくって最高でした。

ワークアウトしてる人、犬とお散歩している人が沢山いて、とても心地よかったです。

日本にもワークアウトの文化がもっと根付いていったらいいな。。。

夜は、ゆかりちゃんと一緒にシルクスクールへ☆

私はエアリアルフィット＆コンディショニング

ゆかりちゃんはエアリアルシルクの上級クラスを取りました。

私のクラスはバランスボールを使ったり、セラバンドを使ってインナーマッスルを鍛えたり、

空中ブランコを使ったムーブメントと筋力トレーニングを、

そのあとはティシューを使ってトレーニングしましたよ。

楽しいトレーニングでした。

ああ！！思い出したらまたLAに行きたくなってきちゃった!!!!!

LA三日目☆

REIちゃんに連れてきてもらい、サンタモニカビーチ沿いを1時間程、レンタルサイクリングしました☆

LAの風と海、すんごく気持ちいいー!!!!

ビーチ脇の公園はワークアウト出来るようになっていて、大興奮。

雲底のつり輪が面白かったです!!輪と輪の間が離れてて、次の輪に行くのは難しかったなー(笑)

夕方REIちゃん、合流したNatashaとお別れして、ゆかりちゃんとサーカススクールKinetic Theory cirqus artsに行ってきました☆今日の目的はコントーション!!!!痛かったし、きつかったけれど、軟体に近づく為の良いメソッドを沢山教われて大満足。
