Santamonica beach bike cycling was awesome :)

and we find beachside work out place!!

LA三日目☆

REIちゃんに連れてきてもらい、サンタモニカビーチ沿いを1時間程、レンタルサイクリングしました☆

LAの風と海、すんごく気持ちいいー!!!!

ビーチ脇の公園はワークアウト出来るようになっていて、大興奮。

雲底のつり輪が面白かったです!!輪と輪の間が離れてて、次の輪に行くのは難しかったなー(笑)

夕方REIちゃん、合流したNatashaとお別れして、ゆかりちゃんとサーカススクールKinetic Theory cirqus artsに行ってきました☆今日の目的はコントーション!!!!痛かったし、きつかったけれど、軟体に近づく為の良いメソッドを沢山教われて大満足。

I came back Tokyo, and I got 3nd place international amateur!!

Dear who supporting to me my all friend and family.

I got 3nd place 2POLE WORLD CUP international amateur division.

I want to saying thank you so much. my dear friend and family.

Im so happy now.

it was my best work, and I made a achieve one's goal.

but I want to grown up more and more.

come on next stage!!

and 2POLE WORLD CUP was so great competition.

So many beautiful and amazing poler of all around the world in there.

so impressed me.

金曜、無事にリオから帰国しました。

２POLE WORLD CUP international amateur部門、3位入賞することができました。

今回は自分の設定していた目標をクリアして、

本番では自分の満足の行く演技ができたことがとても嬉しいです。

そして、そのご褒美のように、結果として自分の手元にトロフィーが残った事には、

なんて自分は幸運だったのだろうと思っています。

また２POLE WORLD CUPは素晴らしい大会でした。

オーガナイザー初め、主催者の皆さんは和やかな空気を運んでくれ、選手達の緊張をほぐしてくれ、リハーサル初め本番をスムーズに迎えることができました。

また世界各国から素晴らしい選手の皆さんが集まり、そこで同じステージを共有出来た事、

素晴らしい演技を目の前に出来た事は、私にとってかけがえのない財産となりました。

また次のステップに向かって、夢と目標を忘れずトレーニングに励み、練習を積んで、

もっともっと成長したいです。

周りの皆さんの温かい支えによって、ベストを尽くすことができたと思います。

本当にありがとうございました。
